My Bf has already been invited to the first work party! which is held this saturday...
So while i was in frankfurt i bought new pants that fit... and i got my shoes well they are technically new becuase i bought them at the end of last year and never wore them!

Now if the things i bought on the catalogue dont get here by saturday morning im going to have a problem
Not having anything to wear as a top to look pretty.. and having to wear my denim jacket...

But now comes the hair and make up!!!!!!!!!!
I have the make up pretty much worked out because ive been infront of the mirror admiring my new teeth
and my bf said i can wear make up hmm.. lol!
BUT NOW ITS THE HAIRRRRRRRRRRRR
I have very fine hair and its black. If i want to colour it i have to go to the hairdressers. but now i need a style... its very layered and up to my shoulders and i really need adviceeeee now!!

IF ANY OF YOU CAN HELP ME IM SERIOUS ILL GIVE YOU ALL OF MY

Hmmm....well Fran, bobs are big right now. Maybe all one length or a few layers, all a couple of inches above your shoulders. Could be a very chic change!

Whatever you do, though, I'm sure you'll look great and I am VERY sure bf will be proud to show off his gf to all his new co-workers!

Under the cats, mostly.
Fran, whatever you do you're going to look amazing - these things have a way of working out really well
when I go out I tend to put my hair up (it stops it getting in my food
) I put it up in a ponytail but I make it loose - I tie the band about an inch form my head so the ponytail hangs naturally... pull a couple of really fine strands loose at your temples and put them behind your ears. It's amazing how simple that is, but it really does look uber sexy when it's done. It looks like you've just thrown it back as a "just got out of bed".... it's especially effective if you wash your hair and let it dry naturally, because it's gets it's natural wave in it and it works for thick or fine hair
plus, you can make it as high or as low as you like!

Make-up is best kept really really simple... accent either your eyes or your lips.. not both - and seeing as you've just got your braces off, my advice will be to accent your brand new dazzling smile
Keep eyeshadows to soft pastel pink and chocolates... if you have dark eyes... blue eyes will take lilacs and pinks and green eyes... anything earthy. And I bet a really nice rose-pink gloss on your lips will just stun everyone
Make sure it's a tone that will match the eyeshadow you wear though... no good wearing green/yellowy earthy tones on your eyes and then having a bluey pink lipstick

If you want some really really simple tricks of the trade all you have to do is PM me
I've got tons and tons of stuff you might find useful!

i was planing on straightening it for the day because i havent done it in a while, i blow dry with my very powerful hairdryer each time i come out of the shower.

Well for the make up i got it planned out, some mascara, very soft brown eyeshadow it just gives it a bit of shimmer and my lips are going to be brownish pink, i use a little bit of brown lipstic and then finish off with pearly pink lipgloss it gives a nice colour to my face.
I'm not planning to wear foundation but im planning to buy concealer to cover up the scratches teufel made

OMG, never ask Rigel for fashion tips!

Fwan, listen - you sound like you have a pretty good grasp on what you need to "adjust" if your things don't arrive....but what I really want to say is that you SPARKLE!
You have this infectious personality that just shines right through. So no matter what you wear, just be yourself. People remember the personality, not necessarily the clothes.

Well my hair is very fine & I do have some layers. Do you have a curling iron. What you can do is when you blow dry it keep in brushing it back away from face. Then curl it again away from your face. Then shake or fluff with hands and use hairspray. Its actually the very old (yes dating myself AGAIN!!) Farah Fawcett look from her infamous poster of the 70's. My hair stylist said this was a fashion trend again!! Or if you can by bobby pins and leave the top 2-3 inches straight but twirl the rest up like you would be using a banana clip in your hair. You'll need lots of pins-about 25-30. Just a small amount of hair in each. The front of your hair you can straighten. Does that make sense????

Fwan, is your hair long enough to do a french twist??

Pull it all into a ponytail at the base of your neck. Start twisting it and as you twist it, pull it toward the ceiling. Smooth one side of your hair so that it forms the twist. Tuck the rest back inside the twist and fasten it with some bobby pins. I then take some pretty hair sticks (you can also use fancy chopsticks) and anchor them in as decoration.
