I can feed my pregnant cat can food?

i think my persian girl is pregnant.but we never fed her can food before. she's so easy to get diarrhea, becase a persian's tummy is very sensitive.

can i feed her dry food mix with can food?
what if she gets diarrhea? will that hurt the fetuses?

A pregnant queen should be fed a high-quality kitten formula in both canned and dry - and she should be allowed to eat as much as she wants. Can you slowly introduce the canned, say, a teaspoon or two at a time until she acclimates to it?
