Do kittens teeth? Should I get him something other than my finger to teeth on?

I may be paranoid but after reading about the Kitten infant death syndrome I can't help it. His appetite has reduced somewhat. Of course he was eating so much I thought he would pop. Now he wieghs 9 ounces (from 3 when he was born YEAH) and he is 2 weeks and two days old. He is eating at 6am 12pm 6pm about 3/4 table spoon and at 9:30 he is eating about 1/2 tablespoon. For several days he was up to eating about 1 and 1/2 tablespoons. Was that just a hunger spurt and he is more normal now or should I worry???? OK worrying anyways.

You should begin to see little teeth in there about now and if so, then his appetite may decrease somewhat, but unless he is flat-out refusing food and rapidly losing weight then it all sounds pretty normal to me.

I don't think there is a need to worry.

Thank you SOO MUCH again. (My husband says I sound like a nervous mother. I think I am driving my vet nuts.) Di.
