I am about to FINALLY introduce our new kitten Julia to our resident male , Fritz, this weekend...hopefully (if she is over her cold). They seem excited to meet, everytime Fritz gets a whiff of her (Julia is in the bathroom), he chirps and purrs.
I know they are going to be best friends...but my question is...

Should I separate their toys? I am trying to get info on how they will react to play time once they are together. Will they play together or separately?

Oh how I can't wait to introduce them to each other....

If they really get along, you will probably be the odd man out when it comes to play time. They will be wrapped up in each other's company.

I'd keep it simple (IMO) -- a cat tree, a Turboscratcher, a few catnip toys. Put everything else away for a week and watch what they do. You might notice one cat wants to play a little more than the other, so that's where you come in with an interactive toy to balance things out.
