I'm happy to say that Ohio has caught up with Spring, finally!!! Power is back on too!! Just getting ready to leave for work, and my kits are all crowded around me, like begging me to stay........do any of you have this problem???

Hope you all have a good one today..........I owe, I owe, it's off to work I go.......

I'm glad your power and weather are sorted!
I sent it back to you, but kept just a little bit of sun!

I get that too, with Tibby and Molly! They see me go to get my shoes on and go towards my bag and they will not let me leave! They know how to tug on our heart strings though, don't they?!

Loving my beautiful baby girl
So glad your power is back on, Susie!
Yes, it's so difficult to leave Sierra every time I have to go. She greeted me at the door today when I arrived home from work a little while ago, my sweet little girl!
It's a beautiful day, bright and sunny, in the 70's! Spring is so wonderful!
I have potatoes in the oven and am about to hop in the shower. I've really got to get more sleep today before work tonight than I've been doing. What I'd like to do, though, is go out on the beach!

Susie,

I feel guilty even if they aren't around to look at me with those pitiful eyes.

Funny, my cats could care less whether I'm there or not. I think they do things during the day that I would probably be unhappy about.

At the kitty's beck and call
The three indoor/outdoor girls really don't mind. They've got plenty to keep them occupied in the day - it normally involves "patrolling" the chickens - keeping them in order around the garden, or trying to protect the birds peanuts from the squirrels. Also, Adelaide has a particular tree that she likes to play with the twigs on.

But Lily - we are her world because she's an indoor only kitty and she sits on the doormat by the front door and looks at us with pitiful eyes if she can't come with us
. We have to get her favourite "mousey", throw it up the stairs and run like mad for the door whilst she chases her toy. I always feel so guilty

Ours are indoor/outdoor, too, and have plenty to keep them occupied, but that doesn't stop Cindy from doing the guilt trip
And woe to me, if I don't find her in the morning and say my goodbyes and let her know that I'm off to catch mousies -- I can forget any cuddles in the evening, if I have been so remiss.

Glad your power is back Susie, and you can get on with your life.
