Commiserations on all the lousy weather, you guys! We had rain, at times heavy, and some wind, but nothing earthshattering, and today is beautifully sunny.

Good to see you back, Susie -- it's a little worrying when your bright presence is missing.

Glad it's inconvenience you're dealing with and not disaster. Stay warm -- hope your power is back soon.

Susie, I'm in the same boat you are-two lines connecting my building to the main power lines got blown down, and the electric company has *estimated* they'll be fixed by midnight at the earliest. And here I am, home on vacation this week! I'm checking in from the library at the moment.

The electric company got the lines fixed this evening. They were out surveying the "damage" when I went to the grocery store to pick up more ice. They were from Toledo, so you know how bad this storm must have been.

Susie, I hope you get your power back soon. If I'd have known where you lived exactly, I would have sent the crew directly to your home.

I'm sorry you're having bad weather, I hope your power comes back soon.

I was on vacation this weekend. I went to Treasure Island on the west coast of Florida (by Tampa). I had a lot of fun, but it was a long drive.

This was the view from my hotel room, I was at the beach most of the time. The weather was beautiful even though it was a little windy.

THanks Christy......they got our electric on last night about 9!!! YIPPEEE!!
