Hi Hi,
Well, I've finally decided to get Chester a large soft carrier (he's already around 9lbs and still growing).
I've done sooo much looking on ebay and have found a couple that would be nice (foccussing on the Sherpas), but you know what? They're boring! I'd love it if they'd take some of those funky patterns that you see in the style where the head sticks out and make them into a practical bag.
I'm actually considering buying a black Sherpa bag and decorating it myself, with rinestones and the such. Alternatively, I guess I could get the green which matches my luggage. I just like stuff with some pizzaz.
Any thoughts? Maybe some ideas on how to funk up Chesters traveller??
Jess

I have a few carriers from Pet Flys. Awesome carriers, and they are uber cute! They also come in two sizes for those on the hefty side.

I agree with RarePuss. They're soo cute, but not really practical for my 4 hour long car rides.

Laureen, thanks for the suggestion.

IMO, the price is worth it. They're very durable and the hard-sided/soft-sided features makes it more functional than a standard soft carrier. I've tried the soft carriers before and it collapses too much for my cats and they're not very stable during car rides.
