First round of pics that I've gotten thrown up on the web. The link isn't parsed, 'cause I don't know if it's kosher or not.

It turns out I've had some really wacked out settings on the digicam-o-rama and I got in touch with my photographer about it. He told me what I needed to fix, and I did. As soon as the UV filter comes in the mail, I'll go out shooting again. In the meantime, I need to wade through a lot of really bad exposures to find ones that I'm willing to post on the web. Unfortunately, no kitten pictures.

Also, if this isn't the right place for these - feel free to move the thread.

This is the right place. I can see the thumbnails, but for some reason when I click to look at the individual photos they won't enlarge. They look very beautiful. I'm jealous. I've always wanted to go to Italy.

Usually another window with a slideshow pops up. Do you have a popup blocker running?

Yes - Is that my problem? I do have my Java security on high and I notice it would try and it would pop up - javascript: 0 .

How lovely, I'd love to visit Italy, Sicily especially.

I'd have to venture that the popup blocker and java security are the problems.

The other three didn't quite turn out, they should be in the next photodump. I've been thinking about photoshopping them green...

Less than a month left. I leave May 15th. I'm giving myself three or four days to get over the jetlag, then moving back to Cincinnati. Will stay with the buddies who are watching the kids until I find a place to stay, hopefully only a few days.

The six year plan has been changed to a slightly more attainable ten year plan. I'm back in Cincinnati for what I hope will be no more than a year and a half or so. I'll try to get the requested Bast and Jameson pictures out as soon as possible. Until then, here's a picture of me the second to last night in Florence, before going to the opera.

Florence!!! I loooove Florence! Did you climb the Duomo? What a hike, huh? When I started, it was bright and sunny, when I reached the top, 45 minutes later, it was a torrential downpour! I grinned and beared it though, it was worth it for the view. Great pics, can't wait to see the rest!
