So many kittens being born now. The photos of the newborns are always so precious. CJ is such a striking kitty, I can't wait to see her baby-

Cassie, does it look at though she is going to have more?

From the way you described her just now it sounds as though she is pretty content. Two hours is definitly a very long time before another kitten, at one hour I start to worry.

No, it's been an hour 10 minutes. I read that a cat can have interrupted labor, which can last up to 24 hours, or even 36 hours!

Yes it does look like she's going to have more. It's only been one hour, though. See above post.

If she isn't showing any signs of going back into labour - that's good. But please do make sure you have your vets number handy just incase.

She's nursing? Um, shouldn't she be having babies? Correct me if I'm wrong, bu don't they nurse only when all the babies are born?

yes, we went up an hour also. But, regardless of what time it said, you can subtract smallest number from largest and you still get about over 2 hours.

Unless my time is all screwed up---but I'm going by what TCS is showing me

Cassie posted at 5:37 pm ET, that CJ had her first baby, so you're right it's been over two hours.

According to my clock, I posted this at 6:30, and I looked at the clock when she had her kitty, and it was 6:30. It is now only 8:00, my time, and it has now been an hour and a half.

On the contrary, I posted at 6:33 ET.... your clock must not have adjusted for DST.
