You want a movie that would forever erase any notions to become a drug mule, that's the one to see! Scary stuff.

How about the ear scene with Michael Madson singing "Stuck in the middle with you".

If you want a good indie film along those lines, how about "The Usual Suspects".
More movies I haven't seen.

I'll bet most people haven't even seen Pulp Fiction.
Actually, I would bet that most people here have seen Pulp Fiction. It's a really popular movie. I think something like Strange Days or Wild at Heart would be something a lot less seen.

Oh don't get me wrong, I love Pulp Fiction. It's just most of me female friends either weren't crazy about the movie or haven't seen it (except my friend Kim, she's so kewwwl). Also, I noticed someone complaining about excessive violence in an another post and PF has its fair share.

I'm a movie affaciando.
I like everything by David Lynch, esp. Lost Highway, and more recently, Mullholland Drive.

He's AMAZING. Up there among my fave actors. Actually, Robert De Niro is at the top of my list.

I love DeNiro and Pacino too. I really love Robert Duvall, too. He was awesome in Free Range.

It's very good. I'm not one for westerns but I had to watch any movie that starred Kevin Costner and Robert Duvall.

That movie doesn't appear in Robert Duvall's filmography. Did it have an alternative name?

But for sheer gorgeous man appeal... I think Matthew McConnaughey just can't be beaten!
(Sorry Ryan - I know this is a straight man's thread!)

Actually, I think the real reason I like him so much because he's the only big Hollywood actor I know of of who's been arrested for excessive noise... and found naked playing his bongo drums, while stoned out of his tree on reefer!

All joking aside, this thread is not attached to me being a straight male, so I take no offense in who you drool over.
It's even a bit interesting to see who women ogle over when it comes to their favorite actors. It's not a subject I hear about a lot.

Cheryl did make a thread about that. I can't remember if you already posted in it or not though.

My bad too. I should have seen the word "range" in the filmography. I knew it couldn't possibly not be in there.

Wow... you moved to Canada! I live in Canada too!

Why did you switch? Did you get a lot of hatemail with your previous location?

I'm up for most of the films in the list, but I have some suggestions too!

Requiem For A Dream,
Pi,
Blow,

I woulodn't mind watching Reservoir Dogs, I have that and haven't watched it in AGES!! I watched Clockwork Orange the other day, but it's always good for discussion!
