New - I have a pregnant stray

I have been feeding this stray for a couple of months. I recently came back from vacation and noticed she was huge in the belly area. Sunday evening I captured her in the crate I put on my porch for her. She is currently in my spare room hiding under the bed. I don't really know what to do with her now. She's eating and using the litter box. I have contacted my vet and she will be available to tak to me tomorrow. Can any one give me some guidence?

i'm sure others will offer GREAT help, i'd say it's a good idea to contact a rescue group in your area, they'll be able to offer great resources to you
