Yes. I should shut up then. However, I never went to my school prom, so I don't have any prom photos.

Mary Anne, it sounds like Larry treated you well on your prom and Katherine, that's a really nice photo of you and your former boyfriend. For some reason I thought maybe you were dating Brendan at that time.

I wasn't dating him when I was in high school, but I did go to HIS senior prom (2 years after mine).
This is the one from Brendan's prom:

Brendan and I are MUCH better together. AND he's more than 1 inch taller than me!!!

Oh really? Omar was Puerto Rican, which unfortunately caused some of our problems. His mother didn't speak very good English and I knew very little Spanish...so it was awkward to say the least!

My prom date was my cat and Mr Darcy.
I stayed home and watched the 6 hour Pride and Prejudice rather than go spend an evening with people of whom a majority I didn't even want to spend the day with (I even wrote an opinion article against the prom in our school paper -- but thats another story). I used to have pictures of me and my kitty from that night somewhere.

I like seeing other peoples pictures though.

Chris - I wish I was that clever.
My cats name was Lion (I named him when I was 5) and his appreciation for Mr. Darcy was minimal, but he always enjoys a good lap.

I went to 4 proms. It was soo much fun but my boyfriend at the time was a jerk and riuned them all. At one I ran into an old guy friend and we started talking he assumed I was sleeping with this guy and all hell broke loose. I had fun regardless.

I never went to my prom.. or anyone else's prom for that matter. I too dislike the music that would have been played there. So I went to a concert instead.
