Seems as though Mary wasn't the only one that had a pet who wanted to "Follow her to school one day." As I was leaving for school this morning I found a little brown and gray tabby sitting in the middle of my leather satchel that was placed by my front door. She was sitting atop a book by E.M. Forester and a book on Winston Churchill. Guess I have a literary cat on my hands...oh how I wish I had my camera at the ready!

Lol. Be careful though, I had a similar experience once except Ginger, our cat from a loooong time ago, decided to pee on it.

Should've named her Hemingway or Eliot? After all, which literary figures loved cats more?

oh that is so adorable. I remember very clearly when SiSi (Sasha's mama) used to follow me all the way to the bus many years ago, each morning. As I got on, all the riders were looking and pointing to her. It was truly amazing. Thanks for sharing that! You'll have to wear a camera!

That's cute. Too bad you didn't have a camera. We would have loved to see that pic.

No cats tried to follow me, but Rex, the cocker spaniel did try to get on the bus one morning.
