Excessive Urinating

I am new here and am hoping someone can help me!! My cat just today started urinating excessively. I noticed his litter box is much more full then normal. He seems to be acting fine, but he is always going back to the litter box to urinate. Before I rush to the vet does anyone have any suggestions? I was thinking bladder infection maybe?? Thanks in advance. Also he is fixed if that makes a difference!!

A vet visit is most certainly in order - how old is your boy?

He is three. Not old at all! That is what worries me!

A vet should be in order. How long has he been doing this?

I'm guessing its UTI.

I can think of 3 possibilities...all require a vet's attention to handle, so it's off to the vets...that's my prescription!

Definitely take him to the vet - a few things come to mind here as well. Please let us know what they say.
