It's kinda tough to get good pics of kitties with light blue eyes so I had to grab this opportunity of Sandy intensely stalking the ladybug flying around our bathroom today. Seems like there's always one or two in there. Anyone else have ladybug problems?

Look at the intensity on her face

Oh, it almost flew all the way down here. That thing is such a tease!!!

Mom! You can SO reach it. Get it!! Get it!!

Eeew! Why does Oscar eat those things? They're all wing!!!

Oh well, I'm not really gonna try TOO hard. It's just a dumb old bug.

Fantastic pictures, Kelly!
Thanks Steph! It's so hard to get pics of her without her eyes being red. Sandy says thanks for the compliment and she knows she's gorgeous (she's a little bit conceited but it's really my fault)

AAAhhhhhhhh! I hate wasps. I'm pretty allergic to anything that can sting. Spiders have started to creep out here (allergic to some of them, too
). Ah bugs, the only thing I hate about spring and summer.

Oh E, Sandy has always thought of herself as a princess although I've always tried to keep her "down to earth" (yeah, right). She was my first kitty and therefore, in her mind, the best! I'll admit I've spoiled her so it's all my fault!

Thanks Amy! She REALLY helps hold the coffee table down onto the floor by laying on it all the time so I guess she is helpful around the house. I hope if she ever sees a cockroach that she KILLS it. She is afraid of spiders like me so she might run from anything that crawls like me. Oh well, that's what Oscar is for, he eats every single bug he ever finds.

I've never seen ladybugs around for a few years now. I used to live in the countryside and we always had them.
Thanks Susan! If you really miss having ladybugs around, I could box up a few and send them your way!!

you can buy boxes of ladybirds in some garden centres Susan, to eat all the greenfly in your garden.

Maybe you should treat the girls to a box?

She is stunningly beautiful!

We also have oodles and oodles of lady bugs - especially in the fall trying to find a warm spot for the winter. They collect in the window sills and around the door frames - but the vacuum does a great job of cleaning them up (dead) in the spring.

Sandy has such pretty eyes.

Do you have the orange lady bugs - the Asian beetle bugs? I hate those things. They are coming out of hiding here, too.

Wow, what fantastic eyes!
I don't think I've ever seen that color on a cat before.

Get that nasty little ladybug sweetie!

Yeah, they are the orange ones. My mom SWEARS they bite, she says she got bit by one. I can't say that I believe her but it's possible. I hate them, too! I don't know how they get in!!!
