I'm 5' 4" and I weigh 129. I just lost about 10 pounds though. I realized that after I had my second son that my metabolism has gotten slower. Darn Kids
. No, They were worth it. I have learned tough that they quickest way to lose weight is to eat Fruits and Veggies all day and eat fish or chicken at night for protein and the weight falls off. If anyone wanted some tips.

It's right beside the option that says, "I just turned 80. Shut the heck up!"

Well this has been quite an interesting thread reading all the replies. Like some others here Steph, I think you are absosmurfly right. In fact, if you tell a guy that he's skinny, it's even more insulting. I know everyone is supposed to love themselves for who they are, but fat and skinny comments take a little longer to roll off your back at times.

3.-On the other other hand, (that's three hands now. Are you counting?) I remember eating 3 solid meals a day when I worked on the road, but that barely had any effect either. Maybe it was because I was working outside so much.
1.- You`re very curios compadre!

2.-Bad do it man, bad do it..

3.- You`re a lucky man!

About me?...
Hummmm, i have to watch what I eat because I can gain weigth if I don´t keep an eye on the food!

Mine's pretty slow. Example: I had a job situation change and couldn't get out for my half hour walks, within 2 weeks, literally, I had a roll of fat on my tummy appear.

I literally *have* to exercise or I just put it on. I am not that big of an eater really, and I eat really well, salads, light fare.
Not a big sweet tooth. But if I slow down my body just seems to want to pile it on.

It's frustrating. I was always thin until my mid thirties. This is all new to me (I am like 20 pounds over now), so I hear that makes it harder cause you feel so huge!

i'm a skinny minnie, i'm 5'5 and 117 lbs, but i gain maybe 3 lbs in the winter. I lose weight when it gets warm because i'm very active, If it's warm out, i'm out that door. Probably why i hate winter, i feel the cold so much. By the way, i voted "I'm invincible bring on the food"

20 pounds doesn't sound bad to me. I'm reaching my mid-thirties. I'll have to watch out sooner or later myself.

Right! I've heard that somewhere before, but you still had me on that one. I should have known this could turn into a sensitive thread joking or not. I thought it might be safe starting it because I am a guy... "*Knock *knock *knock... Hello... McFly? Are you there McFly?"
