OK, is this even possible? My oldest kitty Laura has a small swollen red bump on her cheek(where cats rubb to mark sent)with crusty black "stuff". She has had this as long as I've known her and it doesn't seem to bother her. Laura also has feline acne and I wonder, LOL, if she has an oily complexion(sp?) which might clogg pores and facial sent glands. If so, how could you treat this; a hot compress? In case you are wondering why I've waited so long to treat this is because I was 4 when I got her. I had never really thought about it as a potentol problem since it is not noticable, and like the dirty chin from acne, had always been there. Anyways It would be nice after so long to finally clear up this up for her. Thanks.

I would actually have a vet check it out. Yes, it could be part of a skin condition, but it could also be something more serious. I would make sure before you put any standard solutions on it.
