who gets the cat?

My b/f and I always joke about how we would divy up our assets if we broke up. (hopefully this wont ever happen) We are in agreement about all the cats except one...Picasso.We got him from a girl who found him and his sister on the side of the road after the mother got hit by a car.I convinced him to take in the kittens and keep Picasso after much protest on his part.Now he seems to think Picasso is his!!!!WHAT? Yes he has paid for his vet visits, but I buy the food, cat litter,toys ,scoop the poop,blah blah blah.We often joke that we would have a nasty custody battle over him.(he's the cutest ever!) So to settle this arguement once and for all ,WHO GETS THE DARN CAT?

My b/f and I joke about that stuff, too...who would get the kitties, stuff like that. After about 2 minutes of it he gets all sad and gives me the puppy eyes, like "don't talk about that!!" It's sweet.

or you could try the thing that biblical king did with the 2 women fighting over the baby and offer to split the cat in half? allegedly who ever loves the cat more will relinquish claim to it and therfore is the cats true owner. lol

ohh i had this discussion yesterday with bf.
He said thats it teufel has to leave. And i said OKay what time you want us out?
he got all squirmy and said FRAN DONT SAY THOSE THINGS!

You said it yourself whos cat it is. "I convinced him to take in the kittens and keep Picasso". If you had to convience him to take in the kittens and keep Picasso you yourself are saying it is his.
If you convience your bf to buy a brand new car, he is the one who drives it home every night, not you.
