No that's not it. Something's wrong with my phone -- it's out of service for some reason and I have dial-up some here I am at the library trying to answer all your questions before my time is up!

I think the cat site IS my hobby! I used to do collages, but lately I've been embroidering a lot.

Not right now. I still care for some by making shelters for them though -- and I pet them a lot. I'm also the TNR person in the neighborhood. There's a colony of about 10 cats in the garden of my apartment building. The man who feeds them was sick for about three months and I fed them while he was gone. There is one male that needs neutered that joined the colony recently.

Do you volunteer at an animal shelter?

No.

Thank you for giving me this present, Bobbie! It's really fun! Eveything is fine. My phone service was finally restored and I'm good to go. It was a TV cable company putting in new lines that messed up my service.

1. My favorite snack is a peanut butter and jelly sandwish. I prefer sweet things more.

2. My laundry.

3. I liked those wife-swapping shows -- It was interesting to see the different ways people lived. I like The Nanny. But I can't stand Fear Factor. I've ignored the rest.

4. What people like about me most is that I'm "nice."

5. If they're younger I tell them. If they're an age peer, I just go along. I'm too nice to attack him, or ignore him, I not good at really pretending, so c. I try even harder to be nice to people I don't like! According to my religion (Buddhism) people you don't like are your best teachers, so value them! (Ha! like I really do that all the time).

6. The guy down the hall has a crush on me now.

7. Your answers are so funny! If I really like them and they haven't done this to me too often, I'll go. If I really like them, I'll try to understand what they see in it.

Can you tell us something about Buddhism?

1. To me L.A. is not stressful, but I don't live in Mexico-- it might seem stressful from there.

2. I've been to Tiajuana twice. It was a lot of fun. We ate and drank Margaritas and went shopping.

3. I grew up in Miami and lived here for 31 years and I still can't hold a conversation. But my daughter can.

4. You like jazz! Wonderful! I'm really sorry I don't know that group. I've heard of them, but can't think of their sound. I like old guys -- Miles Davis, Dave Brubeck and Stan Getz.

That's a question as big as the world! Buddhism calls itself the religion of compassion. Some people think it isn't even a religion because it does't have a Supreme Being.

It teaches that the universe is an interconnected, interdependent, process and that love or compassion is the way to attain happiness. I've been studying for 40 years and I'm just a beginner.

The Buddha said questions like How did the universe begin, How did I get here, Who made me and so on are not answerable because in our present awareness we cannot understand the answers -- and they will not help us to be happy. So Buddhism doesn't answer a lot of questions that Judaism, Christianity and Islam do.

Graycie and Go Go play together some. They lost the habit when I had four cats in this small apartment.

Before I had fosters they were much more fond of each other. They're just starting to regain their relationship.

They don't fight. They're girls.
