That almost made me lose my lunch.
I wish it was a hoax. I feel sorry for the person who lost part of their finger if it's true.

Wow.. It really amazes me that the person missing the finger is so hard to track down. Seems to me something like that happens and people would know about it. It is not like you can just go on with your day like nothing happened if your finger was ripped off in a meat processing plant or something.. could you?!
Ick. A friend of mine who worked at a Wendy's when we were in HS actually told me to NEVER eat Wendy's chilli. She said that even if it fell on the floor they would still use it and that the meat in there is the reject stuff. But a FINGER...I never would have expected that. That is just MAJORLY GROSS!
Man, that would definitey be a crazy experience.....I wonder which finger it was???
That would be the ultimate way of giving someone "The Finger", wouldn't it?

Oh that's just great. I used to eat Wendy's chili like 3 times a week when I was in college. I wonder what I might've eaten during that time. (i reeeaaalllyyy don't want to know)
This story is completely true and absolutely gross!! I work in San Jose and will never be eating at that Wendy's. (or any Wendy's for that matter) I hope that person gets a big fat settlement for the trauma alone!!

I mean, if my finger was chopped off, granted I wouldn't be that worried about finding it (hello pain!)... but I'd think my co-workers would go 'hmmm, looks like it went into that batch of meat. I think the owner of the finger was a woman (judging by the long manicured nail). Poor lady.
Ok well.....sorry everyone but, I can't help but joke about this story! Here's a few of my thoughts, I'm positive I'll come up with some more!
I think the lady should now be a contestant on "Fear Factor".
She probably went home and told her family "I hate when someone puts their finger in my food when I'm trying to eat!"
If she sues, the judge may say that he can't come to a settlement cause he just can't seem to put a finger on it.
Wendy's can now advertise that their chilli is finger-lickin good.
