I am just curious. My Billy takes his collar off almost immediately after I put it on. I want him to have a collar, just in case he were to somehow get out one day, and I like the way he looks in it.... so cute. I can't get him to keep it off though! I don't want to put anything but a breakaway collar on him, but, he's so strong, he can rip it right off! What can I do?
