Would you let a kid of yours enter a contest of that kind?

I hate feet to start with never mind stinking ones!.

They would be straight in the bin if he were mine!!

I wouldn't mind a child of mine participating in a contest like that. I admit I find the contest a bit freaky, but it is still a challenge and I would support my kid for standing up to the dare and wanting to win it.

I'm embarassed to be from Vermont. LOL. But I can totally understand how this was so fun for kids.... bad smells are too funny to them. Gross.

Well, kids do get attached to strange things and won't throw them away. Hey, it is a good promotion tool for Odor Eaters anyway.

Harmless fun, unless you count the Athlete's foot. Where are ya, Desenex?

I think it was a cute contest for kids. I know my cousin's little boys would love to take part in something like that.

Now admittedly if it was my kids, (note I don't have any children yet), I would make them house their sneakers outside so I would be stunk out of my house but I would let them enter the contest if they wanted.

I'd definitely let my kid participate. Gives them something to do and getting the shoes that sweaty means they're out playing, not sitting in front of the tv/computer/xbox.

I can just see the appeal for the 10 to 13-year-old set!

You'd have hated my first ever job then - in a shoe shop!!!! We smelled some stinkers in there, I can tell you!

My sympathy would have went out to you, because i couldn't have done it!

ahaha.. that's funny. I'm the opposite, though. as soon as my sneakers start to stink i either wash or throw out. I change them every year anyway, no matter how 'clean' they look

If my kid entered that contest, she'd win. Who cares if it's to be the stinkiest feet? It's a contest, they're kids, and it's something fun. And it grosses out us adults, which is the most fun thing a kid can do.

Yeah I'd let my daughter do it!
