Well, Lilly is progressing slowly but surely.

She is super super shy and I know its going to take time for her to fully trust us. Right now she hides under the bed for about 70% of the day.

I decided tonight is the night I will start her "official thread" as she came out from hiding this evening for a second photo shoot. Here is our new baby.

I'm so glad to have our new girl and see her finally making a small breakthrough.

What a princess! The boys are thrilled...now one can court Ebs while the other has Lilly! Just perfect!

Seriously, I hope she continues to come out of her shell. You are giving her all the love and patience that she needs, though....so it will only be a matter of time!

No no no Fran, I want Tuefel to marry Cosette! Maybe he can even teach her how to brush her fangs!

Beryl, I love your little Lilly. She will be a great snugglebunny. Eponine used to be the same way, hiding under the bed all of the time, but she got over that after a few weeks (though she still runs under the bed if she gets scared or angry).
By the way, Beryl, Lilly and Eponine have the same litterbox

My but she is a beauty. How are she and Ebony getting along? They are both extremely beautiful cats.

Lily is beautiful - and she looks so at home sitting on her blanket. That's her spot for sure

. It's lovely to see her out from under the bed.

Aw, she's beautiful. She looks so much more relaxed already. My cat Villy is really shy too until she gets to know people and she still likes to hide away now and then;

I've only had her for 5 weeks. I'm sure Lilly will bring you loads of happiness

i have not had her weighed yet...but she is definitely bigger than Ebony that's for sure!!! Ebony is about 8 lbs. I would guess Lilly is about 10 or 11 maybe??

ok, I have two new pictures from this evening!!

First I caught one of Lilly sleeping on the bed.

Second, here are the initial introduction stages of Lilly and Ebony (please excuse the mess of a bed I have!!).

After this picture was taken we placed Eb alot closer to Lilly. She sniffed for a few seconds, hissed, then growled, and then scared herself and ran away. Lilly just sat there and stared.

Lilly is such a chill kitty.
