I had to change my cat's food to Hill Precription c/d dry food and I have noticed that sometimes she goes 2 days without doing #2.
I do realize she is eating less because she is getting used to her new food, but I am worried.
Should I be?

I would also do the canned food if she will eat it, and make sure she is drinking lots of water.

I am not sure what you were feeding before but better quality foods generally produce less stool as the proteins and carbs are more digestible. If you were feeding a grocery store brand before it would be normal to notice less stool.
As Petnurse said. it is important to make sure she is still eating enough and feeding wet would be a great idea.

And just so you know, I'm pretty sure they make the c/d in canned form. You'll have to call your vet and ask.

I was feeding her Meow Mix but since she had problems urinating the emergency clinic that I took her to, told me to switch to this prescription diet. The problem with Kirim is that she does not like can food. She does drink plenty of water, as a matter of fact I just bought her a fountain with a slope and she loves it. Today is 3 days without going #2 (it is 7.30 in the morning here in Florida USA).
I am praying that when I get home this evening I see stool in her litter box. By the way she is beginning to like her new food (dry food) and eating more each day. It was a challenge, the first days she would refuse to eat it.
Also I used to give her a couple of treats two or three times a day and I stopped that. Did I do good? Should I still offer her some treats? They are called Temptations and think they are by Whiskas
Any help, suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

If your cat has urinary stones, she should not be eating dry food at all. Even the best quality dry food is very hard on the urinary system, and Meow Mix is definitely not high quality food.

The best thing is to give your cat only canned C/D. She will eat it if you are persistent enough. Transitioning cats from a diet of "junk food" dry cat food to prescription wet food is a challenge, but it is worth it to preserve your cat's health.

You should probably call the vet and see what they think. I've never had a cat go for more than two days without pooing before. Though since she hasn't been eating much, it might be normal.

If she's drinking plenty of water, I personally wouldn't worry too much about the canned. I couldn't afford it, but the vet said that it would be okay because Hans drank like crazy and was very hydrated. Canned would still be the best diet, but sometimes it's not possible.

Even though your kitty doesn't usually like wet food, I would get a few cans of the c/d and see if she will take it. I have had that prescribed for a kitty who was sick and off his feed before and I remember my Vet saying something about the flavor being especially appealing to encourage the appetite.

I have tried the canned food and believe me she has gone three days without eating. She eats the dry food OK now and she is drinking pleanty of water since I got her the pet fountain. I did talk to the doctor yesterday and she gave a pet enema. I gave one third of the enema last night (terrible experience), but she has gone three times to the litter for #2 since last night.

I did talk to the vet yesterday and she said every other day is OK since she is getting used to a new diet, but no more than that. We gave her a pet enema last night and she has gone three times to her litter box. I hope and pray this took care of this situation.

I would buy the canned food if she would eat it, but she refused to eat for three days when I tried. She is on a prescription diet c/d but dry food and she likes it NOW. She is drinking plenty of water, loves her water fountain and after the pet enema the doctor supplied yesterday and we gave her last night she has gone three times to her litter box.
Thank you all for your advise and comments. I really appreciate them
