Okay... due to my whole Carpal Tunnel crap, I am in need of an ergonomic keyboard of sorts. But, my computer is programmed to Spanish Latin American keyboards.

I have been through all the stores around in Puerto Rico and all sell ergonomic keyboards alright - in English. And an English keyboard will not work properly with my current configuration of Windows XP, nor with my needs.

Does anyone know where I can get one of those in Spanish?

Have you tried Google or Yahoo using "ergonomic keyboard" in Spanish? There've got to be some suppliers in South, Central or North America, given all the Spanish speakers. Can't a computer store order one for you?

Thanks... thats a lifesaver. I just gave them a call for shipping and handling specifics... It would be like $20 for sending it to Puerto Rico, but that would work out... I will see if I can buy the thing.

I have carpal tunnel and use a regular keyboard. What I have done is done the little riser tabs in the back and have it flat on my desk. What that does is reduce the angle at your wrist and places less stress on that nerve. I use a gel wrist pad that extends the length of my keyboard and also have a gel wrist rest for my right hand.
I also changed the way I type. If you ever took typing classes in high school (yes that dates me) look at a typewriter-the keys are at a higher angle that a computer keyboard. I do not "stretch my fingers" -in other words I move my hands around the keyboard rather that keep them in one place.
Also what helps is if you do alot of typing at least once/hr take one of your hands and bend your hand down at the wrist and the press your fingers the other way (they should be pointing straight up). Then rotate your hands in a circle at your wrist. This will help in the flexibility of your hands. Or even just shake them too!!
So it might look funny but it works.
Do you have a wrist guard to wear at night???
