I dont know how to use photoshop to blur out my lic. plate on my car pictures. Can anyone help me with this?

Do you have Photoshop or one of those versions of Photoshop that comes with camera's and or printers? In the real Photoshop, all you need to do is pixelate the area and that will blur out your license plate.
Use the "eraser" or the "stamp" option.
Here's an example. I resized your photo, so it would take up less space on my Photo Bucket
I just used the smudge tool to take out the actual numbers.
But Hopes looks better.
I PMed you with blurred pics.
