What's your favorite color?

What's your favorite chocolate? Your favorite candy?

What's your idea of a perfect day?

This is a simple yes or no question, you don't have to go into detail or explain... But do you believe in regrets? Or do you believe in "everything happened for a reason"?

Welcome to the Spotlight Bobbie! I hope you have fun. There's already a good lot of questions so far. I just realized that I forgot to ask Diane questions about her kitties,

so I guess that's an easy way to start for this spotlight.

1. What's the cutest thing you've seen Humble do that just makes you melt? What about Shennadoah?

2. State whether the following statement is true or false: I, (Bobbie) floss every day. (Please explain)

3. You are eating dinner at a friend's house. Suddenly, you feel a strand of hair in a mouthful of what you're eating. You feel a bit disgusted. What do you do?

a) I immediately drop my jaw and let the mouthful of food drop on my plate in sheer horror. I try not to freak, but I must get it out. Then I apologize for disrupting the dinner.

b) I carefully pull the strand of hair out, disguising the act with the shielding power of a napkin. I keep eating the food, so I don't scare anyone.
c) I nonchalantly lift the napkin to my face and stealthily forward the lump of food into said napkin. However, my appetite is done with and I try to carry on with some dinner conversation.
d) I do my best to keep chewing and attempt to swallow the hair. I will not risk upsetting anyone else at the table.
e) I do my absolute best to talk as if there is nothing in my mouth, as I politely excuse myself from the table. I will deal with the hair in the bathroom. When I come back to the table I continue to eat.
f) Same as "e" except when I come back to the table I either eat something separate on my plate or I don't eat at all.
g) I go totally nuts and cause a big ruckus because I'm so disgusted and offended. Then I storm off from the table in a huff demanding an apology.
h) Some combination of the above. (Please indicate and explain in gory detail.

1. I know you're a teacher and your class consists of kids who are at the "low" end. If you were approached and asked to take on another class, how long would it take you to pack your satchel?

2. Have Humble and Shenandoah tried to take over your seat and make you sit on the new ottoman?

3. Ever wish you were 6 inches taller?

I drink coke classic.
4) How did your beautiful babies Shenandoah and Humble come into your life?

I decided to get a kitten. My best friend Shannon told me of a lady who had some to give away. When I went to her house, there were 20+ kittens! She had 3 female cats who had all had babies at the same time. I got 2 so they could be brothers and play together while I was at school.

That was in 2000.

I have taught for 24 years!
I've taught First grade, 4th grade, 5th grade, 3rd grade (15 years of that), 2nd grade, 7th grade, and 12th grade. I have also taught college freshmen.

They sleep where they want and I take what's left!

What do you have for breakfast?Nothing, usually, but some coca cola.

Do you wear perfume?YES YES I am known for smelling good.

Do you go out with friends?, if so what sort of night out do you have?
I rarely go out with friends, cause they are all married and have kids.

do you like tea? and what sort? I like hot tea with lemon and iced tea, as well. Oh, and LOTS of sugar!

Your favorite candy? lollipops or jolly ranchers

What's your idea of a perfect day? sunny, 70's, on the beach or in my garden, time spent with friends and with my cats

I believe that God has a plan but lets us make decisions. I have regrets, though.

He comes up to me and holds out his little jaw for me to scratch!
What about Shennadoah? He pulls the covers off of me and gets CLOSE!

No, I do not floss every day. I use a water pik and a kind of battery operated floss thingie.

Yes, she did, and we quit when we were in 6th grade and figured out we could have twice as many clothes if we didn't dress the same.

I have great, thick hair that is wavy.

I would stay where I am. I have taught at the same school since 1984.
I would LOVE to have ONE bright class, though.

They like the ottoman! Well, Shenandoah does. Humble likes the chair. If Shenandoah doesn't get there first. They takes turns.
