It's Sunday, so Sunday means, going to my folks house for dinner. Dad is buying Sushi and he told me mom is making this herring & onion dish. And I get to take home the leftovers as usual!
Homemade Lasagna with lots of cheese!!! MMMMMM MMMMMMM GOOD!

I'm craving potato knishes, and I tend to give in to cravings!
Oh, and I'm going to go pick up some of that evil Easter chocolate that seems to be in every store right now.
Chicken of some sort. I think hubby's going to bake it, he's got a good recipe that he uses. (Yep, he's definitely the cook in the house!
)
Something really good I think, like prime rib <<<< yeah that's the ticket, then I can have leftovers for hot beef sandwitches yummmmmmm
Hungarian goulash, served over egg noodles, and a bit of leftover German potato salad.
