BRIDGETTE'S BACKGROUND
Bridgette was an "only cat" living with a single woman her whole life. When the woman lost her living situation and couldn't take Bridgette with her, Bridgette was surrendered to Cat Action Team of Everett. Bridgette was miserable in the adoption center so she was placed in a foster home. She'd be happiest in a home of her own.
BRIDGETTE'S PERSONALITY
Although she gets along reasonably well with other cats, she prefers to be the only cat as she had previously been. Bridgette likes affection in small but frequent doses. A few scratches behind her ears every time you walk by would make her very happy. Bridgette will occasionally join you on the sofa for petting and purring, or nap by your side in bed. She enjoys quiet activities like watching TV or being read aloud to, but will also occasionally kick up her heels with a little catnip. Bridgette has become very fond of her cardboard scratching pad and will sometimes nap on top of it.
BRIDGETTE'S HEALTH
Bridgette had a thorough senior cat examination and bloodwork in October, 2004. She's very healthy. Her teeth were professionally cleaned and will need only routine check-ups. Bridgette has been spayed, vaccinated against rabies and distemper, and blood tested free of feline leukemia and feline immunodeficiency virus.
