Hi everyone,
Sorry I've been MIA for the past 2 days. We had an all-day conference yesterday and there was a rape on-post this morning that'll keep me busy today and tomorrow.
Just wanted to tell everyone WAY TO GO on keeping up with their workouts.
Gail, you are really doing a great job. Beryl- don't worry....WE'LL keep you motivated
(that's the most evil grin I could find, hehe).
Fran, I hope the stepper gets here soon girl! Then you'll have no more excuses, muahahahahaha!
Renee, thank you on the congrats
How are things going at your Curves?
And welcome Sam!
Interested in starting a workout plan too?
I skipped the gym yesterday b/c the conference lasted until 6pm and after that I was a nervous wreck waiting to hear how Bradley was doing (he had to take a charter boat about 50 miles offshore yesterday). But I'm going today and tomorrow to have 4 workouts for the week.
KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK EVERYONE!!!!!!!!

Amy - Glad you checked in. I knew there weren't any parades
that you'd be partying at today so I was just getting ready to send out a search party.

I went to Curves Mon & Tue,
but skipped yesterday and plan on going tonight and Friday.

Gail, my older brother dated a girl from Wisconsin (met online). Whenever she'd come down to visit us, she'd bring this DELICIOUS cheese
. Even after my evil brother broke her heart, she continues to send us cheese for Christmas. Y'all have PHENOMENAL cheese!!!!!!

Well Renee
I'll have to see how much of a crop I have in the fall and hmmmmmmmm
someone could potentially score some popcorn.
I'll need a taster for research purposes

Tonight I am going to use the nordic track. I did yoga on Tues night as usual and once again it knocked me out. I am still sore on my shoulders.

How'd everyone do yesterday?
I have to admit...I did not make it to Curves

I had to see the allergist yesterday and they did that test on me where they put 20 different allergens into my arm via needles to see what I'm allergic to. Fortunately, I do not have allergies (I have non-allergic rhinitis) but it hurt like you-know-what. My arm was a human pincushion and I know it would be difficult to do the arm machines at Curves. But all was not lost- I did do my abs and leg exercises when I got home and I'll be hitting Curves after work today.

Hi! Can I join in this thread?

I started working out last Monday - I bought a PS2 game, believe it or not, its called yourself! fitness ( www.yourselffitness.com ) that you can run on your ps2, xbox or pc. It rocks!

It tells me I need to lose weight after doing my assessment (naturally) and so far this week I have done -
Monday - Upper Body
Tuesday - Lower Body
Wednesday - Flexibility
Thursday - Cardio
Friday - Core

and I take the weekend off since I have a lot of things to do with Jake - he takes up my time

After I do my exercises, I go for a walk - this week, I did 30 min walks and then every week I increase by 5 mins - I found a walking program that goes for 10 weeks.
