I agree with listening it your voice. I know sometimes I speak in a higher pitch than what sounds good.

GROAN Gail, the objective here is to keep traffic moving, you wingnut! Just what a major west coast city with the 2nd worst traffic in the nation needs: absolute gridlock every morning!!!
Yes, reading from a script that we can doctor up and change to suit ourselves but 30 seconds and then it's over. I'm not nervous, I'm just scared to death that I will be like this:

for you...just relax..if you have to, tell yourself there is no way you'll get it, so you might as well just have fun with it (I've done my best when I "convinced" myself I didn't care...takes off the pressure!)..then, being relaxed and having fun, you'll do super!
