Somebody forward this to my email, and it's cool. Just wanted to share.

Men & Women
If a man's tie is too tight, his vision gets worse.

A woman can detect the odor of musk -- which is associated with male bodies -- better than any other smell.

Wedding rings are worn on the 3rd finger because people once believed a vein of blood ran directly from that finger to the heart.

Movies
All of the clocks in the movie Pulp Fiction are stuck on 4:20.

Terminator 2 cost $647,000 per minute of film to make.

On the set of Spider-Man, 4 Spider-Man costumes, which cost $100,000 each, were stolen. Columbia Pictures posted a $25,000 reward for their return. The costumes were not returned.

Oliver Stone wrote Scarface while fighting a cocaine addiction.

Quentin Tarantino originally wrote the role of Mr. Pink in Reservoir Dogs for himself.

Bill Murray was considered for the role of Forrest Gump.

TV Shows
In every Seinfeld episode, there is a Superman picture or statue somewhere.

60 Minutes on CBS is the only TV show without a theme song.

The first episode of Joanie Loves Chachi was the highest rated American program in the history of Korean television. By the way, "chachi" is Korean for "penis."

Star Trek's Captain James T. Kirk's middle name is Tiberius.

Sesame Street added a muppet who is HIV-positive to its cast in 2002 (in Africa).

The Star Trek theme has lyrics.

Scooby-Doo holds the world record for the most episodes of a cartoon comedy series (350).

Music & Musicians
The song "In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida" was so called because the lead singer of Iron Butterfly couldn't pronounce "In The Garden Of Eden."

Angela Bowie, David's ex-wife, once caught him and Mick Jagger naked in bed together.

Rapper Kanye West commissioned a recreation of the Sistine Chapel on his dining room ceiling.

Eddie Van Halen played lead guitar on Michael Jackson's song "Beat It."

The Eagles' "Hotel California" is an allegory about hedonism and greed in SoCal in the '70s.

The biggest-selling Christmas single of all time is Bing Crosby's "White Christmas."

Sex
The word "sex" was coined in 1382.

It takes a sperm one hour to swim seven inches.

Animals, etc.
A crocodile cannot stick its tongue out.

Frogs cannot swallow without blinking.

Some lions mate over 50 times a day.

A cheetah can run at about 70 miles per hour -- the fastest human beings run only at about 23.

Man is the only animal who'll eat with an enemy.

Bodily Functions
Nerve impulses to and from the brain travel as fast as 170 miles per hour.

When you sneeze, all your bodily functions stop, even your heart.

It's impossible to sneeze with your eyes open.

Between 25% to 33% of the population sneezes when they are exposed to light.

On average, a person produces about half a liter of gas from flatulence, and therefore breaks wind about 14 times a day.

You can ignite flatulence.

An unobstructed penis is capable of shooting semen anywhere from 12 to 24 inches.

The average male blinks his eyes 6,205,000 times each year. Women blink almost twice as much.

The Universe
The planet Pluto wasn't discovered until 1930.

Only 55% of all Americans know that the sun is a star.

The moon is not round, but egg-shaped with the large end pointed toward Earth.

Earth is the densest planet in the solar system and the only one not named after a god.

In the 20th century, two objects struck the Earth with enough force to destroy a whole city -- both struck in Siberia.

99% of all the life forms that existed on Earth are now extinct.

The moon is actually moving away from Earth at a rate of 1.5 inches per year.

The distance from the surface of Earth to the center is about 3,963 miles.

stress on the heart I think...

interesting cheating-related facts:

1: men release more sperm when having sex with someone other then their mate
2: women's uterises(spelling?) take in more sperm when doing the same.

so, if two people really want to have a baby together, they should marry someone else and cheat. ;-)
