I'll be eating in a hurry, and Rob's still under the weather, so probably eggs --omelet if he has a normal(ish) appetite, scramblies if not (easier to give a smaller portion).

Most likely a salad with a glass of milk. (sigh!!) Even though my body says green beer and pizza

Miles and miles on the treadmill I must do!!
The scale isn't moving downward and all the spring clothes are so tempting to buy

I feel great in the morning when i go on the scales because it says 2 kgs lighter than the evening!

well ive weighed my self today ive lost 4 grams

i don't know yet, I pulled my back out last sunday I have been lame ever sence, so I haven't had anything good lol, I'm not much for fast food, but maybe Red Brick Pizza and a salad, gezzzz I wish I had it right now lol

Well, we got a lot of leftovers, seafood soup, mashed potato, fried chicken, buiscuit and coleslaw (spelling?).

Chung's Chicken Egg-rolls (frozen EZ-food, but I've got calculus homework, no time to cook).

They taste darn good deep-fried with some Sambal (an asian chile paste)
