Oooh mines cooking as i type!. Chicken curry with chips(fries), all weight watchers though!!!
Corned beef of course.
Since my hubby is still in Orlando, it's dinner alone. I'm gonna eat naughty and order takout from The Outback (my tummy says "steak!!!")
I honestly have no idea, I think that we are having left overs.
Everyone's dinner sounds yummy.

Well I'll be back at my apartment and probably out with my friend for a bit, but I'm not really sure. Maybe she and I will cook something up? More likely though I'll be eating alone...so it'll probably be something simple like raviolis.
Color me jealous of all those that get fresh home cooked meals every night. Left over sloppy joes again for me, but this should be the last night in a row I have it. I do need to figure out a side dish though...maybe green beans.
