We have two new one month old additions to our house! The white one is a boy and the striped one is a girl. I have NO idea what to name them. Please help!! Anyone got any different names for them?

Also, how do you think a 6 month old unnuetered male will handle them? I am worried he will try to hurt the new male.

(We are getting Char fixed within the next week or so)

Oh they are little ones
How cute they are!!!

Like with any introduction, you are going to have to watch Char.

I wish I could see their little faces! More pics!

Loving my beautiful baby girl
Congratulations on your new members of your family!
Definitely more pics, please! How sweet the way your little girl has her arm around her brother! He looks so unique with the gray on his head!

This is the newest one. They are all sleeping together!
The girl has her face to us but the boy won't turn around lol. We decided to name them Sage and Jinx. Char seems to be protective of them. He growled at me when I pet him when he is near them.

Quik question. They don't have formula at the store here (korean store) so what should I feed them? Solid kitten food or canned food mixed with water?

Oh, I need to go to work
. How old are they? They look old enough eat kitty food. How precious Char is guarding them. I guess maybe you won't have to watch Char too much. You must be soooo excited!!!

They are 35 days old. So tiny...

He has moods with them. One minute licking them and laying by them and the next growling at the boy. I guess he is deciding how to act towards them. I have never ever had him growl at me before but since we brought them home, he keeps growling at me and hubby when we pet him or touch the kittens.

aww sounds like he is very protective of them!!
My mum started leaving some kitten food for the little babies when we had them at 4 weeks. Then the mother would train them to eat the wet food.
But i would still resort to Hissy. She is the one who knows these things better than me! Ive never had to take any babies away from their mother before untill Teufel. But he was 8 weeks old and ready to eat.

I think I am going to mix some wet food with water and see how they take it.

They aren't taking too well to the wet food with water and they meow all the time. So adorable but I don't know what they need other than water, and food every two hours. and they do go potty in the litter box.

Anyone have any other suggestions? food wise or anything.

Too cute!! Char looks like such a good big brother patting them on the head!!

As for feeding those adorable furries, you might try reading thru these articles in the Health & Nutrition threads:
http://www.thecatsite.com/forums/showthread.php?t=8389
and if all else fails, post a question or two in the Health and Nutrition forum. I'm sure you'll get a prompt response from one of our resident kitten rescuers

Bless you dear for taking in these little ones!!!
Hope you can fill their tummies soon!

Jinx chows down the canned food, Sage won't touch the canned food.
