I'ts Raining!

Yahoo! Not that this one day will be enough to fix a thing, but our usually moist state (at least this section of the state) has been quite dry. It is pouring this morning, just started and it is so nice to see

We're getting buckets full of rain here, too, but it's not welcome- all of our big St. Pat's festivities kick into gear here in Savannah today. Our parade tomorrow may get heavily rained on

Where are you at? It just started here and boy it's windy too. They say it's not going to be enough to help but I've been manually watering my poor blooming garden.

I'm in that corridor between Tacoma and Seattle

We just got a major snow storm! It's beautiful today...but it's all melting already. Oh well, it was pretty while it lasted!

Yay for rain! We had some here last night while I was sleeping - I'm glad as some birds had decided my car was their own personal toilet a few days ago. Grrr.

How much rain are y'all expecting?

Unfortunately not near enough to help with the drought scenerio. Our mt. passes are usually still open to skiing until April but most have been closed since near the first of the year. Eastern WA is already in a state of emergency.

We have no rain in MV yet, just very high winds coming up the corridor of the eastern foothills. It's kinda nice! I wish I could stay home with a novel and hot cocoa.

Raining in Vancouver. The green people will be happy. I don't think it's supposed to last long though. I think we're supposed to be back to sun tomorrow.

Winds are kicking up here and storm clouds are gathering. Off to muck the stalls and give the horses fresh hay so they can retreat when the storm comes. Gosh I will be glad to see rain again! did i just say that?

Its raining, its pouring here, which is actually nice because I am still snuggled up in my jammies and trying to organise my scrapbooking in my power layouts box for the retreat in Myrtle Beach in April.

We've been under water for 2 weeks now it seems! I'd be happy to send you rain any time you want it!

The ground here is so satturated that the water is just sitting on top of the ground. The rivers and canals are over flowing.

I just hope it quits soon!
