really starting to get stressed out at work

im still waiting for my help at work i just don't get it last year at this time they had 9 people in the bakery not all at once just had anough help for each shift

But they have yet to hire anyone for me at nights Its going to get real busy by the weekend easter week its or ready getting busy i close 5 nights a week and i have one day shift which that is today what gets me they hire people for the deli and hot side but what about me i guess they must think since i move so fast i can handle it all how do they think im able to wait on custmers on the bakery side run the ice cream and candy area and do the prep for the bakery such as all the pastries! its a good thing that i got my back up in the freezer of all my snow balls baklava brownies, canollis, neopleons ( thanks to know one else helping me) im about to pull my hair out well gotta run its time to go to work thanks for letting me vent just had to let this out

I think sometimes if it appears when can handle alot of work without much complaint to management it works against us. "The squeaky wheel gets the grease". Ask for help-don't continue to get stressed out!!
