Stargate SG-1

Is anyone a fan of the tv show Stargate SG-1? If so, who's your favorite character, etc. I love Jack O'Neill (2 Ls). He is played by Richard Dean Anderson, aka Macgyver. My parents and sister got me hooked.

sorry i really dont like that programme, bf watches it all the time.

My family is nuts about it. They're all really into Egyptian Mythology so you can see why they like it. Im not a huge fan, but it is fun to watch at times. My favorite would be T'ealc <I know I spelled that wrong> played by Christopher Judge. Jackson is also cool.

I watch it once in awhile.. can't say I am really a fan though. I do like Sci-fi, fantasy or adventure.. well pretty much anything really in a pinch.

My mother is crazy about that show, but she will only watch the episodes that have Daniel in them. That's her favorite character.

Love the show, and have to say Richard Dean Anderson..boy is he aging well!

Me! I am! Janet was my fave, till she got killed

I love it! I watch it all the time. I don't really have a favorite character. I like all the new aliens they find, especially the Knock.

Hehehehe, oh it is a big hit at our house as well. It is on every night of the week and all of Monday night here. Daniel is my favourite as well, and I agree that Richard Dean Anderson is aging remarkably well - he is my next favourite:-) . . Heck, I think I like them all!

I asked my Mom why Daniel Jackson is always naked when he descends and she said "Who Cares?" She has a good point. I wouldn't mind seeing him descend, maybe just once...

It's on the Sci-Fi channel every evening at 5 p.m. and on Fridays at 5 p.m. and 7 p.m.

Well.. I am glad you like it I think the original first movie was the best by far though. Do you think the show is better or worse or just diffrent then the movie?

I think the show is better. They get so much more in-depth with the whole stargate thing. Each episode is so cool. They meet the most interesting aliens. It really makes you think about what's "out there" and what we don't know about.
