Really nervous...just put a contract down on a condo

Ok...this is just really strange...I found out about this unit yesterday and decided to actually take the plunge and put a contract in on it. This area is in demand so I'm not sure if there will be counter-offers...but please wish me luck.

Fairfax County..which is a VERY EXPENSIVE area.

The real estate agent just called and didn't think we would know anything until tomorrow. The woman who is selling is trying to get more offers...I hate the counter-offer process.

my sil sold hers in the area not too long ago and she put it on the market one day and by the next day it was sold. I was amazed.

I know how you feel having just been through the process of losing hte first one I put an offer on! But I got the second, so good luck. It will happen.

Thanks all...well...my real estate agent called me today and said the owner wanted to talk to her on Saturday. I'm not sure if that is positive or if that just gives the owner more time to get more offers.
