I currently have a pregnant Birman that was given to me by another breeder. She sent me the papers and didn't sign them. So I sent them back to her. She claimed that they got lost in the mail. I don't believe her and need to be able to register the litter when it is born. Can you give me any tips on what to do? I would really appreciate it.
