Nothing, the usual breakfast of picky eaters. I never have much cared for breakfast foods.

I don't function until I've had my coffee and yes that first cigarette of the day!

When I get to work I get a toasted bacon sandwich with lots of butter and jam on light rye, banana or apple or sometimes both. I really cannot look at food when I first get up - I need to be up at least an hour before I can eat.

Susan, what's a crisp? I'm guessing it's a potato chip?
All I've had so far was a handful of black licorice jellybeans (I'm so bad) and a Special-K cranberry breakfast bar. Lunch is 2 long hours away! *grumble grumble*

I just woke up about half an hour ago, so I've had nothing so far. I can tell you that I will be having some tea and peach cobbler though.

For dinner last night was marinated grilled chicken breasts, green beans, and macaroni salad.

Oh goodness it's majorly YUM. It has fresh peach slices on the bottom that usually are sugared in some way, and on the top is a biscuit type thing that is also very sweet. It's so good!

Susan you should get yourself some cobbler!! It's one of my fave things. I would absolutely share with you if I could!

I just had 2 eggs scrambled with 1/2 of a no sugar, no additives Italian sausage, a thin slice of muenster cheese mixed in, along with some no-salt canned green beans, and coffee with 2 oz. of all natural, no-rbst added, no antibiotics, half and half.
