As if it's not fattening enough.... I cut mine, pit it, dump it into a glass, dump in sugar and mash the heck out of it.

Then it's a sweet avocado puree.

Usuallly just plain, or in guacamole. My mom eats it with ketchup.
Never tried it that way - it looked too weird to me.

sliced up into a really chock-full big salad with lots of other ingredients, then with a raspberry vinagrette overall, or just the way they are, sliced, with lemon juice. Yum

Same here. Don't let Teufel have any. Some types of avocado are okay for cats to eat, but others aren't!

I love them lots of ways - with lemon mayo, with vinaigrette, stuffed with seafood, or walnuts and goat cheese, with tomato and mozarella in a salad, mashed up with salsa as guacamole, just chunks added to green salad. You do need to add salt and pepper, and lemon juice stops them going dark.

I like ta cut them in half, pitch the pit, scoop out all the insides into a bowl, and put lemon juice & pepper on it. Just like that! Or in guacamole.

Or, I smush it all up & put it in my hair. It's full of vitamin E & really good for your hair.
