LOL no - the paperwork takes about 6 months - permits to send, I have to get them microchipped, their vaccines updated, their blood tested, their teeth cleaned (Don't ask why but they do) and the transportation company will take care of the major stuff - so this will be a busy year for us
They are in quarantine for 30 days - and we can visit them there every day so that will help a lot, because I don't want them to feel abandoned!

Well, tonight is hubby's TV night (we take turns with it), so I will probably cook spaghetti for supper and then fold clothes and iron while I watch a DVD in the bedroom. Might get online afterwards, if time allows. I am still recovering from a bad cold, anyway, so I'll probably take it sorta easy.

Susan I am planning a trip to the UK and a few other countries for next summer-we will have to get together and hoist a few pints or wine (I'm not fussy!!)

Hairdo tonite. Have to finish Sheba's resitution ppwk this weekend.
Planting my 7 varieties of tomato seeds and start some peppers and some flower seeds too but need to buy more seed starting soil. Have a surprise 40th b-day party to attend Sat evening for a old friend.
Continue to exercise and to the lo-cal diet thing. Clean house. Maybe help hubby in the other garage?? Go to library and Barnes & Noble to see if March issue of BBC Gardener's World in in stock.
That's all that's planned for now.

i am planning to wind down tonight after a very stressful week! Brendan and I will probably go drive by our future townhouse that is being built to see how it is progressing. We might also grab a bite to eat out too. I am also waiting in anticipation for a call from the HART rescue organization to hear about my possible future kitty.

The good: it's payday and my annual bonus check arrived (enough for a nice vacation)

The bad: starting a new job at the same company on Monday and my first task is to build a business case to prove that we can retain our jobs. And no, I didn't ask for the job, I was assigned to it. Great - welcome to your new job, hope you will survive longer than 2 months.

The mundane: laundry, leftovers and TV tonight (hubby out with friends)

Black cat wine? MEOWLLL!!

Movin' on up!
Work was the usual - no big deal. Just as I got onto the freeway, going home, traffic came to a screeching halt. @#$%^&! I took the next exit and drove home through town. Heard on the radio, there was a wreck, at the exit before my usual one. Good thing, that I got off, when I did.

Takeout for dinner - steak fingers, French fries and jalapeno poppers. There's a piece of chocolate mousse pie, in the refrigerator. THAT should cure what ails me.
