Reading this thread is making my mouth water, especially the BBQ beef ribs, but that's okay because I'm also having Subway tonight. I got treated really well there today with an abnormally generous amount of toppings. I think the girl working hadn't been there that long and accidentally put on more meat that she was supposed to too, but I wasn't about to stop her.

Leftover chicken fricassee (mil's recipe) with probably zucchini, and I'm going to add some ****ake mushrooms to the chicken, and leftover home-made mini-tart filled with veggies and egg/cheese mixture, coffee & half and half, and salad to start.

ps...LOL...I never expected the kind of mushroom I tried to type in to get blanked out! I think I'll leave it as it now is

I love curry too! I keep trying to find a way to make curried cauliflower patties that fit my diet - so NO flour or thickener. Sometimes, if I use cheese and some egg as a binder, and am not too impatient with trying to turn them too soon while cooking, they work out perfectly.

I can't eat chorizo since reading the ingredients list on a package...maybe someday if I find a version made with other ingredients!

Now...andouille...yum!

Maybe she liked you, Ryan. Ever think of that? Girls who give guys extra beef at Subway, goodness! You're bound to come back and talk.

I am going to make beer batter chicken strips and some french fries...I have been having trouble with allergies today, so I don't feel like cooking.

This is sounding like the old Hee Haw bit "Hey, Grandpa, What's for Supper?".

Tonight it was a heat and eat noodles and beef with mustard and sour cream added to make a sort of poor man's beef stroganoff.

YUM!!! YUM!!!

LOL! Well that would be nice, but it sounded like she was new because she remarked under her breath that she didn't want to "break a nail" or she'd quit, so I said okay, but if you do, you have to promise to finish making my sandwich first.
But yeah, either way I'll be going back to see what happens.
