I love curry too! I keep trying to find a way to make curried cauliflower patties that fit my diet - so NO flour or thickener. We take hot link sausage and fry it up in an iron skillet, add in spanish rice and then it goes into a flower tortilla shell with 4 grated cheeses and refried beans. Squeeze lime juice over it and dinner!

I got treated really well there today with an abnormally generous amount of toppings.
