Ahhh...today I can actually relax and cook, so I plan a stir fry with Chicken and some broccoli, over rice. A little wine and some cheese to start.

Aw Fran, I'm sad you didn't have some insanely mouth-watering meal planned for tonight!!
I'm going to visit my mom tonight and she is making one of my favorite meals, beef tips over rice. Yummmmmmmm.

well, later im going to cook my invented recipe so i can eat it through out the night while i do my work!

You have to cook a thing of rice. *those in the plastic bag things*
Add a small can of corn, peas and carrots.
When all warmed up add a box of already prepared bechamel sauce and stir untill hot! then serve!
its very yummy...

I'm serving left over meat pie form last night. I'm really craving some fried shrimp but I don't think that I can stomach it right now.
As soon as I feel better, I'll be frying up some shrimp!

We're overdue for some pasta, but it's going to be getting on for 8pm before I get home, so I think it'll probably be carbonara or alfredo -- pretty fast, no fuss -- and some salad out of a bag.

Bill threw a Porterhouse on the grill and we had a baked potato, with all the fixings.

We went to IHOP(international house of pancakes). Yummy! I had a Chicken Fajita Omlette with White Chocolate Macadamia nut pancakes on the side, unfortunately, my eyes are bigger then my stomach
and I couldn't eat half of what I ordered!!!!!!!

I lied. I couldn't convince myself that I wanted either alfredo or carbonara, or any other pasta I could think of that wasn't going to take all night to prepare. And when I went into Safeway to pick up a bag of salad, I passed right through the bakery, which reminded me that we hadn't had a loaf of our favourite roast garlic and peppercorn bread for a while -- which got me thinking -- and we ended up having open face back bacon and artichoke sandwiches, topped with cheese melted under the broiler, instead of the pasta. Good choice.

I had a sweet potato when I got up to come to work. Brought a couple of oranges and some almonds with me, will have those in a little while. Will bake some potatoes when I get home and put some black eyed peas in the crock pot. Probably will pick up a cauliflower and carrots on the way home, and my favorite bread, too.

I made four cheese ravioli with meat sauce, I made the sauce homemade and the ravioli is a refrigerated brand from the store, and I baked it in the oven with mozzerella cheese over it, and then made fresh italian bread that I broiled until it was toasted and made garlic bread out of it. It was pretty good!!
