Its been one week. And I have lost 5 pounds!!!
If you read my earlier post you know what that means for me-a beer tonite!!
So how did I do this you ask??
No alcohol, no sweets (ok two tablespoon's of chocolate chips)no dining out, no chips or foods of that sort.
I ate about 4 # of carrots (with dip)
I had the measuring cups out and measured everything!!
Water and up to 30 minuted walk/run on treadmill.
Was it a sacrifice or hard-not really am I hungry not too bad.
So my downwards journey continues..............
So how did everyone else do this past week???????????
