Just thought it would be interesting to find out how many of us sleep the way we do. I have no idea what it means either way, but, still thought it'd be interesting. So here goes:

When you sleep, do you sleep on your stomach, back, or side?

I sleep on my back and sides mostly.

Unfortunately with four dogs on the bed and sometimes cats, I take what position I can get. I usually wake up wrapped around at least two of my dogs.

I sleep on my right side the most, but if I'm feeling stressed I will end up turning onto my stomach in my sleep and wake up with a sore back.

Ummm.....that would be me......I clicked it just for fun, then decided to vote for side, like a normal person, but didn't uncheck the headstand section, and didn't realise that it wouldn't uncheck itself!

I HAVE to sleep on my stomach or back (usually stomach) with my arms straight by my sides. I have terrible circulation and in any other position my arms will start to ache immediately.

I sleep on my side with a pillow between my knees (more comfy that way) and a pillow over my head to drown out a certain someone's snoring!

Whichever way Conner (cat) and Tony (boyfriend) will allow. Mostly on sides and stomach though.

I have two things working against me at night. One is that I suffer from severe back pain. Two is that I worry more for the comfort of my cats that my own!

I sleep flat on my back until I am so stiff I can't stand it. Then roll onto my left side, until I can't stand that position. Then try the left side for a bit...then start at the beginning again.
Always while trying to maneuver around Mr. Black and/or Chase who is laying with me.

I also sleep either on my stomach or my on side. I can't sleep laying on my back. After my last back surgery I had to lay completely flat on my back and wasn't allowed lay on my side or to sit up even to eat for 2 days. That was complete torture. I was counting the minutes until I could move.

I used to only sleep on my stomach, but I've found recently that my lower back will sometimes hurt if I do that. So now I mostly sleep on my side, usually in some kind of contorted position to keep from waking the kitties.
