Its-its not a stray..

That cat I told about a long time ago in the stray section turns out not being a stray. Today I was thinking about taking her in, and some man says "She's mine." She has no collar, and she's very shagged looking. She's always outside. This makes me sad.

Exactly how I feel.

FWIW I'd inquire to the local Animal Control and see if they can provide you with some potential solution for getting this kitty a better home.
