I almost bought a bouquet of "Crazy Daisies" at Kroger the other day so I could practice my macro shooting. Do they have those in Texas? Crazy Daisies are all different colors and look so neat. I'm sure they are colored somehow....but still really pretty. (and yes they have pink!)

Robin,
Thank you for sharing your pictures. They are excellent! I especially enjoyed the turtle and you taking a picture of your daughter taking a picture of you.

It looks like you had a great day outside. I love the owl!

I don't have any spring pictures since I didn't buy my camera until late last summer. But, here is one of my favourite flower pics....the wonderful daisy!
Beautiful daisy, Kass!

Turtle love.

Turtle see-saw.

Here are the geese again. This time I got both in the picture. The one with its head down was sleeping while standing on one foot.

This is a Hawk that the park worker was showing along with the Owl. He was also injured at some point and is living in captivity.

Some graffiti that I saw on a railroad bridge.

Another picture of Nikki.

A swampy area that was next to the lake. I just thought it looked cool with all the stuff on the water and the color was really neat looking. It was actually this green.

Another perspective.

Thanks.....but I'm still learning how to use this new camera. I probably took over a hundred pictures today and these are the only ones that I am willing to share with you guys.
Most of them look like crap.

Wanna know what the 'signs of spring' are in backwards Florida? My neighbor's 25-year-old live oak tree just dropped every single leaf off its branches. I spent my day off yesterday raking my lawn. I am beyond sore. Yuck. I am not a fan of yardwork, but the yard sure does look better.
