Poor "kitty" whom i rescued in Nov 04 after two months trying to befriend it. At the vet he got shots, neutered, wormed ,flead. Seemed happy to be inside and had no worms as of jan 4th. Saw some blood (slight tinge) in his urine so now its a urinary tract infection which he's on Baytril for and he vomited up worms and now was dewormed again and on drontal and today noticed a flea on his blanket so squished it and blood was all over. Was that the main Flea?? Question is how do i reflea a cat that i still cannot pick up or touch that well though he lets me pet him. Vet did a urinalysis without having to bring him in. If worse comes to worse I'll bring him in but hate to as he's so scared from the first trapping.

The main flea? There is no main flea, if your cat has fleas, your cat will get tapeworms. Once your cat has been wormed, it is imperative that you put frontline, or advantage on your cat every month to stop the fleas from forming. If your cat can be dewormed by giving it a pill then putting drops on its neck should be fairly easy.
